In spoken English we use a lot of short form. Instead of "I am" we say, "I'm". "You are" becomes "you’re”, “Was not”- Wasn’t, "Did not" - "didn't”, “Do not”- Don’t, “Does not”- “Doesn’t”. “Shall not”-“Shan’t”, “Will not”- “Won’t” etc. These form are called contraction

10. Will he be a pilot?
Yes, he will.
No, he won’t.

11. Has he a new bicycle?
Yes, he has.
